Anxiety Management  

Panic attacks involve an extreme and frequently debilitating sense of sudden fear and distress that can occur anywhere and at any time. It is essentially a primal body response that occurs, virtually always, where no actual danger or threat exists.

Hypnotherapy has long been known as a means of treating both panic attacks and more generalised anxiety disorders. My programme has been helping panic attack and anxiety sufferers since 2002.

Hypnosis produces permanent changes in emotional attitude and the responses triggered by anxiety. This therapy results not only in the management of panic attacks, but, as in the vast majority of cases, the elimination of it. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is also built into the session for added effectiveness. Certain useful aspects of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) are also used within the hypnosis programme for maximum positive impact.

The techniques I use have been demonstrated again and again to be permanent, fast, natural and safe.
