Vaginismus Treatment

Vaginismus is a psychological problem and so cannot be cured medically or surgically. Any attempts to treat the condition physically will fail and provide increased dissatisfaction.

The sessions use hypnosis to instill key changes in thought patterns. This allows for relaxation and the positive mental acceptance, of allowing penetration to occur. The hypnosis helps to re-program your subconscious mind to fully engage with allowing your vaginal muscles to open up to allow penetration. You become fully confident that you can open up in this way to enjoy pain free, pleasurable and sexually fulfilling intercourse.

Anorgasmia Treatment

Hypnosis has long been used to alleviate the frustrations of not being able to experience orgasm. Hypnosis helps re-program mental thinking to allow the pleasure of intercourse to naturally progress to orgasm. My programme has helped women to experience regular orgasms, many for the first time.
