You do not have to rely on hypnosis to lose weight alone because you will not get as much result as you would expect. In as far as you want to influence your mind, you have to put some physical effort in the form of exercises. More research has to be done to ascertain the effectiveness of hypnosis as a way to lose weight. For now, you must combine it with a weight loss plan so that you can reach your goals. Remember that the response to hypnosis differs amongst people and must be done by a qualified therapist.
