Here are a few strategies you can try at home in-between hypnosis sessions, or before scheduling an appointment.

  • List your achievements — large or small

How often do you give yourself credit for what you’ve achieved so far in life?

Perhaps there are challenges that you’ve overcome or goals you’ve realised?  These don’t have to be huge milestones. Instead, they can be smaller, day-to-day achievements that add up over time.
