The secret is not to eliminate anger altogether. We are human; anger is a natural human emotion. The goal is to become less triggered by situations that normally provoke you. To prevent irrational temper-driven reactions. And to become more skilled at dissolving and ‘letting go’ of that anger, rather than letting it rumble on and gather strength. Control your temper, rather than having it control you.
