Phobias (Including Vertigo and Fear of Heights)
Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy) for Phobias
Phobias seem urgent and very real, but they are actually irrational aversions deeply ingrained in the unconscious mind, beneath the logical, conscious mind. No matter how much you know that there is nothing to rationally be afraid of, the unconscious mind hijacks your response and triggers a fight-or-flight adrenaline response. With hypnotherapy, we can drill down into the unhelpful negative mindset that expects to feel the fear, these are ingrained deep into the unconscious, re-setting them to no longer be afraid.
Vertigo/Fear of Heights and the Fear of Needles are amongst our most common phobia treatments, however there is virtually no limit to the fears and phobias our clients experience.
We’ve been treating those with phobias for 15 years and our success rate is 90.2% (out of 32 clients treated between March 2017- March 2018).
Other Main Phobias We Treat Include:
Fear of Spiders, Fear of Flying, Fear of Lifts, Fear of Escalators, Fear of Snakes, Fear of Dogs, Hypochondria amongst many others.
Former clients say they:
- Have overcome their Fears
- Feel in Control

" During and after each session I had a complete sense of calm. It was like waking up from a really good nights sleep. I recently took my practical test and actually enjoyed the process. I was calm and in control the whole time but more importantly, I passed (and passed well). "Phobias
