Phobias seem urgent and very real, but they are actually irrational aversions deeply ingrained in the unconscious mind, beneath the logical, conscious mind. No matter how much you know that there is nothing to rationally be afraid of, the unconscious mind hijacks your response and triggers a fight-or-flight adrenaline response. With hypnotherapy, we can drill down into the unhelpful negative mindset that expects to feel the fear, these are ingrained deep into the unconscious, re-setting them to no longer be afraid.

There is virtually no limit to the fears and phobias our clients experience.
