Hypnosis for Vaginismus
Vaginismus is where the vagina involuntarily tightens just before sex. The mind creates this psychosexual problem. Hypnotherapy helps to reverse the fear of it happening, instead your subconscious is re-programmed to feel relaxed and calm as penetration is attempted. This allows for the vaginal opening and deeper internal vaginal muscles to relax and release, allowing penetration and intercourse to be comfortable and plesaurable. By re-writing the negative mental associations with sex, and installing positive hypnotic suggestions instead, sexual pleasure can be achievable once more. Any physical interventions will not help vaginismus because its underlying cause is 100% psychological, this is why hypnosis is very effectively.
City Hypnosis has a stellar track record with this issue, with a 92% success rate (out of 47 women treated between March 2017- March 2018). GPs often refer their patients to us, given our strong reputation.
