Our controlled drinking hypnosis programme helps you to be able to enjoy a drink and stop drinking at the right times. The hypnosis creates a mindset change in your subconscious that establishes an automatic control from the first sip. Where you want to stop drinking so frequently the hypnosis is also able to create a no desire and feeling of 'not missing out' from having several days, perhaps during the week for example, of no alcohol.
For those who want to stop the occasional blackouts or drinking to the point where anger managment or doing reckless or dangerous things is an issue the hypnosis helps create a slower drinking pattern, the addition of water to your drinking and an in-built stop button to prevent this happening everytime.
